![]() ![]() I far rather they bring back a few year old style now discontinued that worked and worked well. New & improved is not always improved in a better way.:| My horse wears boots because he is a wimp when he walks and touches sole to anything harder than a blade of grass.that design would have him crippled.no thanks. It fits higher, covers the hoof itself and the ones I use protect the heel bulbs from being pierced by trail debris yet they also keep out sand and abrasives when doing ring work if I use them then.ĭid you seriously look at how the sole design of that slip in piece is going to work? I far more like the boots that have adjustable Velcro straps that offer a cushioned step in hoof placement pad and then several locking straps. I also have seen other designs near identical where the foot piece flips off and now this "thing" is smacking the horses leg/ankle area.just no. I don't want something attached to my horses fetlock offering a great chance of catching trail debris, piercing my horses body.just no. ![]() Sounds great to make all these adjustments.till those areas wear and not hold tightly.īiggest turn off to me is the "gaiter". ![]()
